Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in the original packaging. There is a $8 return fee which simply covers the cost of shipping.

We are unable to provide refunds on opened/used HERD Athletic Tape, actively worn HERD Belts, and actively HERD Cloth Wrist Wraps & Sweatbands.

Additionally, any and all Made-To-Order or Pre-Sold items cannot be exchanged or return unless otherwise approved. If you have any manufacturer defects, please reach out. Any resizing may be subjected to a $25 fee.
