Our return policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in the original packaging.

We are unable to provide refunds on opened/used HERD Athletic Tape, actively worn HERD Belts, and actively HERD Cloth Wrist Wraps.

Exchanges for the Belt is relatively simple. Just let us know what size you are interested in swapping it out for.

If you decide to return or exchange an item, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

One of the primary motivations behind the founding of HERD Athletics was the recognition that the Velcro on standard weightlifting belts often deteriorates rapidly, depending on usage frequency and intensity. To address this concern, all of our belts come with a one-year guaranteed warranty. Any defects attributable to manufacturing issues are fully covered under this warranty. However, damages resulting from negligence are not included.
