2. Products & Orders
We specialize in performance accessories, including custom-made products.
Custom Orders
• All custom products (including belts) are final sale
• No cancellations, refunds, or returns once production has begun
• You are responsible for selecting the correct size and specifications
Order Acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• We may limit quantities per customer or order

3. Lead Times & Shipping
Custom products typically have a 3–6 week production lead time, plus shipping.
While most orders arrive sooner, delays may occur due to global supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, or shipping carrier issues.
HERD ATHLETICS is not liable for delays outside of our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Resizing
• Custom products are non-refundable
• Resizing may be available for a fee (subject to approval)
• Non-custom items may be eligible for return per our return policy

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, designs, product concepts, images, and branding—are the exclusive property of HERD ATHLETICS.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without written permission.

6. User Conduct
• Upload or transmit harmful or illegal content
